I ran an old friend into the problem (WRONG ) 
 Separable : the object can be put either between the verb and the particle or after the particle 
Ex 1: I looked the number up in the phone book 
Or I looked up the number in the phone book 
Note: I looked it up in the phone number ( RIGHT) 
 I looked up it in the phone number. ( WRONG )
